The hideously expensive kind that can only be purchased at snooty designer boutiques, particularly since it is the only color that will match bhe dusky mauve of that oh so perfect couch....

Larkspur reminds me of a dark gunmetal blue mixed with a bit of lavender (sorry), mixed with a silvery finish.

I think a larkspur is a blue-purple flower. So that's where the color would come from.
