I was hunting for a picture of a painting I remember seeing a few months ago. Somehow, while hunting for the it, I came across this site. http://www.asstr.or/~leslita/authors/sss.html#s_j

I posted it without the g in org, so you have more than one chance to not look at it. It has lists of different authors who submit short stories. Sex stories. Pedo sex stories. Pedo, incest stories. Not just "young girls". The youngest I saw was 3 yrs old. Some were 11. Some 6, 7, 8 ect.. It's sickening.

Is this shit legal? Is it really okay to have this kind of shit readily available on the internet? How do you have offensive sites removed? Who do you even talk to or email or what the fuck ever to try and have a whole dedicated site with seemingly many foul members removed from the internet? Is there anything at all that I, we, whoever, could do to make this site's existance cease?

The fight to allow adults to express sexual thoughts freely in text, without threat of prosecution for obscenity, put all forms of written sexual expression in the same class.

We have this debate on Lit about every other month, when the same pedo alt shows up with a new free speach argument, wanting to create a place where virtual child porn can be displayed. His porn will be computer generated, so no real children are exploited. This is the "No harm, no foul" defense. So far, no one has bought into that argument.

Are you new? A.S.S.T.R. has existed since the beginning of commercialized interest in the Internet. It's a very, very old site, the Alt.Sex.Stories.Text.Repository., and it isn't going anywhere. Be thankful that those types of stories are tucked away into their own little category where they can be shunned and ignored. 10 years ago, you would have read a story title, thought to yourself, "Hmm, 'Bondage Mommies' sounds like it'll be interesting...", then you would have found yourself reaching for a can of eye bleach as you logged off of the Internet as quickly as possible. I didn't mean to imply that A.S.S.T.R. is a bad place. It's the end result of non-moderated porn, which means that you have to take the good with the bad. And some of the work on that site is very, very good. And by good, I mean 'pick a Lit category, point out ten H-rated stories, and half of them were posted on A.S.S.T.R. during the 90's" good.
