What screen design are you wearing this season?

Has anyone noticed the new screen color combinations available now in User CP?

For the moment I'm wearing a tasteful yet conservative UBB with classic Armani lines. I must admit being tempted to go with the Apple as a change from my longtime Gray/Dark Blue with traditional lines and athletic cut. The apple icons make a little too strong a techie political statement for me in this setting.

I'd love to know who uses Red Ice or Christmas... I'd have to assume they are either being ordered to do so by Doms, or enjoy self-inflicted pain. Cym, is this more in your line?

I"m using the standard grey/blue theme, although I checked them all out when I first joined. This one actually matches my browser frame the best, and some were so bright they were too distracting.

Who voted that they were using Ice Blue? Does that get hard on the eyes after awhile? (switching to it to get the full experience.) I'll report back later ; )

I should have guessed it, Cym! What else from a woman whose tastes run to classic black leather, steel accents, and red highlights (and just a little purple there?)!

Slipping into Ice Red.

The fonts on Ice Blue were too small for comfort. The contrast with the background was also tough to read. Ice Red is higher contrast, but the fonts are still around 6 pt.

Maybe it will grow on me...

Tried ice blue but have now settled on apple after someone posted in large bold red font on the blue background. I thought my sight was going wonky!

a nice grey/blue combination. I like the UBB colors but I noticed that I couldn't see who was the last to respond to any of the posts.....I kind of like that feature!

I find that I prefer the far more classic style of the grey/blue this year. Apple was a very close in its appeal; I do believe it will manage to hold its own and outlive a fad. The new UBB was a shocker on the Lit runways as well. Cool, confident, yet earthy. However, they still don't quite match the versatility and style of the grey/blue. It's both sexy and soothing. It blends well with personality after personality yet comes across as a mischevious delight all its own. Grey/blue always says "I'm here, I'm bold, I'm sexy, I'm intelligent."

I really like the Apple theme, but the red in it annoys the hell out of me.

So I will just stick to boring white/blue!

Does anyone else have a problem with this setting 'forgetting' what it is set at....? I used the dark blue and grey becuase it was dim and easy on the eyes. This was back when there were only two or three choices. It held on strong unless I had literotica open for more than a couple of hours...then it would revert back to the defualt. Usually I could go back to my options and simply resave them. Since it was already set to dark blue grey it would start showing it properly... the problem got worse and worse until around Christmas. Since then no matter what I choose or how many times I save, I still get the old school blue and white. To thjs day my options say dark blue/grey, but I haven't seen that theme in months...

Perhaps I should delete all of Literotica's cookies and start over?

Clear all your cookies and set your options tosomething new, like Apple or whatever. THen reaccess the site and see if it holds, then change it to your preference.

i prefer the blue and grey , when it turns to light blue and white i know that i have been logged out , looked at the christmas colours and ran a mile WHAT A MESS !!!
