Trump has been complaining about rigged systems.
He claimed the Emmy's were rigged.
He claimed Romney lost in 2012 because the voting was rigged.
Trump blamed the electoral college for President Obama's victory.
Trump claimed the delegate process was rigged, because he lost delegates.
Trump is complaining to his fans that the election is rigged against him.
Trump know about rigging.
He rigs everything against his victims,
in favor of himself.
He wins by cheating.
There is a message under all of his whines and complaints.
"Cheat at the voting booth, because you will be cheated."
Someone got the message.
She got caught.
"...a registered Republican, reportedly cast an early voting ballot at the Polk County Election Office, 120 Second Ave., and another ballot at a county satellite voting location in Des Moines, according to a Des Moines police report."

George W.Bush had everything that Trump could hope for.
The most poisonous and manipulative operatives available.
This team destroyed every rival.
The racists limited the vote for minorities.
The whole GOP backing him.
Money to spare.
But, it was not a certain victory.
They understood that it is only a thin slice that divides a win from a loss.
It took direct interference with chad counting to put the fix in for G.W. Bush.
It was the last chance to give the Democrats a fair chance.
The Republicans took it away with brute physical violence.
Butterfly ballots had elderly people weeping because they voted for a bigot by mistake.
Manipulations in the state of Florida were not enough to make G.W. Bush's election certain.
Miami-Dade halted its manual recount after the so-called Brooks Brothers riot, in which Republican protesters—fearful that fraud was occurring in a process largely shielded from public view on the nineteenth floor of Miami’s Clark Center office tower—vociferously demanded a stop to the recount. On November 26, with no new numbers from either Miami-Dade or Palm Beach, Katherine Harris certified Bush’s presidential electors as victorious.

Katherine Harris When she was Florida secretary of state in 2000, of course, Harris' maneuvering helped George W. Bush carry Florida, and with it the presidency. For her role in the election, she was skewered as nakedly partisan and parodied on Saturday Night Live as an ambitious harpy caked in enough makeup to embarrass a drag queen. But Harris took her lumps, expecting the Republican Party to eventually repay her for her efforts.

Thousands of black electors in Florida were disenfranchised in last November's election by an electoral system tainted by "injustice, ineptitude and inefficiency" a leaked report by the US civil rights commission says.
It accuses Governor Jeb Bush, the president's brother, and his secretary of state, Katherine Harris, of "gross dereliction" of duty, saying they "chose to ignore mounting evidence" of the problems.
