What pissed you off today? Mark II

:blinks: I just like to exfoliate with a mix of coconut oil, sugar and lime zest. :eek: I think I'm doing it wrong.

I just got bad news and I told the shit head I'm married to. Not only does he not care he blaintantly told me not to count on him for shit including comforting. I can not get this divorce fast enough.

Yea, ummm...
Yea. :(

I feel ya. :heart:

Know what else exfoliates angry? A fistful of bees.

Hive got a glass of wine for you. Roach you sit down, hang out with us. Wasp off that frown! Don't bee aphid of a little happy. :reachingdeepforit: :rolleyes:

That may work. That way the next time someone asks me if I have a bug up my ass, I can answer truthfully!

:D

That sounds nice. I might try that.
I usually go the apricot scrub route.

I've never used anything but soap and water. Now that I'm over 50, those little wrinkles are creeping up. :( Not sure what to do about that. Someone gave me some sugar scrubby stuff and it was really nice. Too much for face but I liked it everywhere else.

The key is to not scrub until your face bleeds...

Ok so there's this guy who keeps ruining my dreams and it's super annoying.
I'll just be minding my own business doing dream things, then this Serbian-looking character will just pop out of nowhere, shoot me, and then I'll wake up. Last night was the 4th time I've run into him.

Like, what?

The only thing scrub will do is take off dull dead skin making it appear smoother and brighter. :) The oil may help cleanse and moisturize, and moist skin tends to show wrinkles less (oil creates a barrier to keep moisture in and skin looks more "plump"). Mashed banana mixed with a bit of honey makes for a great mask treatment, I like this one as it temporarily gives my skin a boost and reduces the appearance of fine lines and such. If you'd just like to add a serum or moisturizer, I recommend something with vitamin A/retinol/retinoids. OTC stuff is fairly gentle and works quite well. As with anything, test patches before you melt your skin off with things that may not agree with you. ;)

:heart::heart::heart:

I also really like vit e oil when I am keeping things 'natural'. I use a very viscous one underneath moisturiser at night.

I'm quite impressed at the very unnatural stuff I am using. It's dealing with my hormonal pigmentation issues and sun damage colour skin really well. And my skin is super soft. I didn't buy an eye cream, because I rarely use one, but my eyes are really sore and swollen atm making them super hooded. I am thinking of getting one from the same aesthetician's office. Also, my skin is prone to flaking still ( as I was warned) but it's so much better I don't feel the need to wear foundation or by cream so often, and without you cannot really tell.

:) If it works, why not? I use a mix of things on my skin. The masks and things I make at home are treats for me, more fun when I need something to distract me. I do use commercially available serum and moisturizer and all that jazz. But I think it's fun to use the stuff in my kitchen and sometimes it offers really noticeable benefits. Sometimes it just smells fantastic and doesn't cause any harm. I'm glad you've found things that work for you. :rose: Certainly, if it were more feasible for me, I would go the slightly less natural route with higher end products. :eek: I did just splurge on some new things from a brand I like (mask, hairspray, a decadent bar of soap). And pretty lipgloss too. I keep vitamin e capsules around for using under moisturizer, too. (*^_^*)

Not what but who, the gentleman staying this month at my place as a guest I took him in as a favour to my x.

Today he managed to break an irreplaceable glass that a very good friend of mine painted for me over twenty years ago. And then asks to borrow some weed until tomorrow despite the fact he owes me a shit load as I had half a jar of some rather fine shit that would have lasted me over a year and he has helped himself to 95 percent of it in one week. And what he has given back so far is like 3 percent of what he used. Pissed off does not come close to describing how I feel.

That's a bummer :(

I have some fairly good shit too, which is friggin hard to come by where I am. Most stuff available is absolute crap. Which is why when asks me if I have anything they get a big fat NO. Like you, I have about 3 whole buds, well enough to last me a year.

Sorry about the glass too:(

Last night, spending more time repeating self-deprecating thoughts than I actually spent sleeping.
Not really a pissed off thing, it's funnier than it sounds. It's just that I've been tired all day now.

The idiotic electrician who wired a GFCI outlet box, but didn't secure it in place. Hence, I've spent the past hour playing " fishing for live wires in the wall " because said nimrod also didn't label fuses and I can't shut down the power in this heat...

Disorganisation from somebody who really has no excuse, last minuteishness, "can you just do one more thing?", spending most of the afternoon sorting out a financial matter which really shouldn't have been my problem at all, and last but not bloody least my husband's good nature being taken advantage of in order to protect one person from being left alone with a disorganised flake who simply will not help herself in spite of being more than old enough to know better by now.

*ever so slightly riled* :mad::mad::mad:

And bloody well breathe...

A really uncompromising customer. Always the worst no matter what you're profession. Luckily they were low enough on the totem pole that I can tell them no without negative impacts to me. But it's really annoying.
