Hmmm, there are countless words. Start with www.sex-lexis.com. Very good resource for looking up dirty words. Personally, I'm really fond of quim, because of the old-english sound of the word.

Please don't try to use them all! I find it very jarring when a story keeps spewing new names for anatomy. It gets silly very quickly. If you need to keep saying"dick" over and over and it get repetitive, try to write out some occurrances instead of dropping in "trouser trout" and 'hammer of love" and "sex rocket" and "jizz wand" and junk like that. The funny ones REALLY detract from the narrative. Used in conversation they can be great, but not in description unless used SPARINGLY.

Describe the organ sometimes rather than using all sorts of random slang words. The majority of which, for me, are a turn-off. (I don't want to hear about someone's "fuck pole" in someone else's "beaver.")

But, PLEASE, don't use many of them. As others have said, they seldom work in a story. I could see my characters saying some of these in conversation, but I wouldn't want to use many of them to describe the situation.
I still have trouble saying cunt or boobies, even when they are appropriate.

Cock is certainly the easiest.

For "Butt" the most obvious is "ass", and you can often use "buttocks". "Rear end" isn't bad either.
Pussy is tough. "Vagina" sounds clinical and really only refers to the inner workings. "Vulva" is a nice sounding word for the external genitalia, and "labia" or even "lips" can be used, depending on the focus of the sentence. Most common synonyms have somewhat vulgar conotations: cunt, box, cootch, slit, twat, etc.

I often end up not referring to the pussy directly. i.e. "I slid into her wetness" or even "I pushed myself deep into her".

Chimney Sweep nailed it on how silly terms can quickly become distracting.

Side note: I'll write "boobs" and "tits", but not "boobies" or "titties".

If you are writing a story, I would suggest staying with cock for penis (the characters could refer to the penis as a dick, but I wouldn't as the author). For the female genitalia, I would just stick with pussy. For the buttocks, I would just stick with ass (the characters could use the term butt, but authors should avoid it in their story descriptions). Anything else just sounds too crude or comical, unless that is the intent of your story.
