What "look" does it for you?

So, I was at the front desk of the hotel, and the woman who was helping me was of Mexican descent. She had raven black hair, bright red lipstick but facial skin that was porcelain in color. The effect was quite striking, to the point that I literally could not quit staring at her, even though she was 3 feet from me working on a computer.

Her "look" wasn't something I had ever sought out or even considered, really. Which got me to thinking, what look does it for you? Is there a particular visual that draws you in? Not speaking sexually, in particular, but just generally......

And.....go.

Men: Hard, physical labor where muscles are flexing and sweat is visable.

Women: Alluring eyes and inviting smiles that convey confidence.

Tall...I just adore tall men. I'm tiny (only 5'3) so for me around 6 ft or taller is my favorite.

I once dated a guy when I was in college who was 6'10. I loved that! Makes me feel small and feminine.

A man in button fly jeans, tee shirt and worn flannel shirt. Rough hands, like he's spent all day working hard. A ball cap on...sweaty. Dirty.

My body instantly responds when I see a sexy man dressed like this.

I really go for Mumus and big giant afros. Can't get enough of it. Throw in a pair of crocs and lacey gloves with the fingers cut out, and I'm in heaven.

Still have to go with a man in a well tailored suit. Just hits me in all the right places and makes smile.

Ummmm...I thought we talked about your stalking me ;)

I've been pondering this question and find that I have an easy answer when it comes to women, but my answer regarding men might seem a little general.

The times that I can remember giving men a second look is when they exude masculinity. Height and coloring aren't important. If he looks capable of building something, fixing something, or riding in the rodeo :))) I'll give him a second look. Or a musician. Guitar, base, and drums. Maybe that sounds like a cop-out, but it's the truth.

Women I'm more specific, physically. Like IJ, I admire women with striking coloring. I find women of middle eastern, Mexican, and mixed race attractive. The more exotic, the better. High cheekbones, dark, almond shaped eyes with long eyelashes.

The man whose confidence is larger than life is the man I notice. When he walks by me, I'll follow him with my eyes and maybe literally. A man who commands attention with ease is what I seek. It's not something that can be faked and I'm lucky enough to know it from experience.

I would like to spend a long time pondering this, but in the interest of my real life time constraints I will say the first thing that popped into my head:

I find large, masculine hands (big fingers, veins, meaty, a little bit weathered, etc.) and associated muscled forearms VERY appealing. You know, as in "manhandle me . . . ."

Hmmmm that look...
Well first of all real women have curves....ain't nothing sexier than a pretty woman in a pair of pumps a nice fitting skirt and a button down blouse with just a hint of cleavage...gotta leave something for the imagination ya know

Getting "the look" from a sexy pair of eyes definitely does it for me. Yoga pants with an ass that can be held on to does it for me. Cowgirl boots with a pair of shorts, showing some nicely toned legs does it for me.

The sexy librarian thing does it for me.

And when a girl bites her lower lip? Puuuurrrrrr

Hmm... a barefoot and shirtless man in a nice pair of jeans is a lovely sight to behold. And, if I am being truthful, a man in a well-fitting suit will give my heart flutters as well...

Confidence usually does it for me. Not the "in your face" kind but rather a sense of self assurance. Everything else is more of an add on. But I definitely prefer the Tall, Dark and Handsome stereotype.

I haven't seen any of the ladies say they love a guy in a man-bun and skinny jeans, which gives me a lot of hope.

Dark hair, nice eyes, bit of scruff, good personality (gonna pretend that's a visual).
Aside from not routinely going for blondes, that's about it. <shrug>

there is a certain profile of face that does it for me. I could say it's a cat like profile but that doesn't explain it...

I think I've seen at least one of every ethnicity with this profile (except perhaps the american indian. I think they all have a flat face in profile.)

basically, from the chin, there is a straight line going up to the base of the nose, then it angles back for the cheek line. The nose, through protruding out, also follows the cheek line.
basically a "greater than" symbol > or two >, one stacked above the other, the top > describing the bridge of the nose which goes out to the brow and then recedes back for the forehead.

Is this the only thing that does it for me? No, but I pretty much am guaranteed to melt when I see a woman with this facial profile.

edit:
Keira Knightly has a similar profile, it's less pronounced because she has a strong chin. if her chin were more recessed, then it would be more obvious. However, the line from the base of her chin to the base of her nose projects out further than her brow, which, again, is very cat-like.
okay, liz taylor also had (I think she's dead now?) a profile like what I'm talking about, more so than keira.

Other people either have a flat face, the line from the base of the chin to the top of the forehead is, baring nose and slight eyebrow "bumps", or, like Jay Leno, have a moon crescent face in profile.

This is hardly a revelation since Disney artists have been making "cute" kids and adults with this same profile. Anybody that is bad, evil or just plain serious, usually has a straight face in profile.
