"What kind of slut do you think I am?" Alexa gasped.

"What am I supposed to think when I find out you're selling yourself?" Danny growled.

Alexa was a freshman on the cheerleading squad at ?SU, and Danny was her boyfriend, a football star in high school who had blown an athletic scholarship after a DUI. He had driven up to the university to surprise her with a romantic weekend, only to find that she was going out on a date with a guy she had never even met that night.

"It's not like that," she screamed. "How can you even think that? It's just a date! I'm meeting him for dinner, and it's to raise money for the animal shelter!"

"Well, if he paid three hundred dollars or whatever, isn't he going to expect a little more than just dinner?"

"No," she said. "Baby, it's a tradition. It's no big deal. Everyone does it and there's no sex involved. He's just paying for my company."

"Yeah," Danny grumbled. "Isn't that what all the call girls say?"

Alexa stared at him. He stared back. He knew he had gone too far, but he was too proud and too angry to take it back. She could hardly believe what he had said. She had been faithful to him the whole semester, while he had been at home drinking and getting bitterer and bitterer. The date auction had been a tradition that the whole squad had done since the university first went coed in the 1950s. Everyone knew it wasn't about sex, it was a fun way to raise money.

Even if she did look spectacular in her little gold skirt and halter. Part of the tradition was to wear the cheerleading uniform on the date. Danny glared at her, and she glared back. Then she shook her head.

"I'm really trying to make this work," she said. "But you've been a real asshole the past few months and I don't know how much more I can take."

"I'm here, right?" he said. "I drove up here to try to make things tight, and instead I find you getting ready to go out with some guy you never even met, dressed like that?"

"That's the tradition, Danny," she said. "I have to wear my uniform. If you'd ever come to any of our games you'd know this was my uniform."

"Oh, fuck you," he said. "You know why I'm not going to the games, you dumb whore."

She froze for a second, and then burst into tears. He was being so awful. He reached out to her this time, but she knocked his hand away and opened the door. She ran out into the hall and he limped after her. He couldn't catch up with her, though, and he didn't see the cab she got into that took her downtown to meet her date.

She fixed herself up in the cab, and by the time she got out, she was looking as beautiful and sexy as ever.

Jake had graduated with honors from the college. He knew of the date tradition to raise money and he always wanted to go out on one of these dates. Of course he had always been a nerd, and studying computer programming and game design did not yield much luck with the ladies. Also he was broke in college and could never hope to win a bid on one of the beautiful girls that went up for sale

Now that he had been a graduate for a year, had a well paying job, and was an alumni, he could bid and win all he wanted. The moment he saw Alexa he knew he wanted her. She was stunning, and was everything he always wished he could date.

So he bid his ass off and at the tune of three hundred bucks he got her.

He was so excited he could barely contain himself. The night of his date he made reservations at Meastros, the best steak house in the country. He bought himself new pants and a shirt. Topped it all off with a fresh hair cut and a new cologne.

He was ready and excited.

That excitement faltered when he saw her step out of the cab in front of his apartment. She took his breath away, looking far better than he even remembered.

"Alexa?" He asked stepping toward her. "Hi I am Jake. You look incredible. I have a wonderful night planned so I hope you are ready." He told her with a smile.

"Oh, thank you, you're so sweet," she said, giving him her cutest smile. She knew she looked incredible, but she knew better than to act too full of herself to take a compliment. "It's so nice to meet you."

She offered her hand, and struck a coy pose in her skimpy outfit. Cheerleading was harder work than anyone ever suspected, and she was good at putting a happy face on in even the worst situations. She was all smiles and sugar on the outside, but inside she was still furious and hurt.

The things Danny had said to her were too hard to swallow. He should never have come up without letting her know. The truth was things had been bad for a long time, and she was starting to wonder if maybe he wasn't the love of her life.

"I'm looking forward to it," she said. Jake was nothing like Danny. He wasn't bad looking, dressed nicely, but it was obvious he wasn't much of an athlete. It was also obvious that he was trying not to stare at her body, and she giggled. "It's ok to check me out, you know. That's kind of what the uniform is supposed to do."

His eyes jerked away from her body as he tried to keep his gaze away from her body. Not that he didn't wanna look, because he did, he just didn't want to seem creepy about it. She was extremely beautiful and it was hard not to admire that fact.

He blushed as she told him it was okay to look. She had caught him and he felt bad about it. Jake shook his head with embarrassment and feigned a smirk. "I would never be so calious as to ogle a ladies body.....while she's looking." He teased.

He gestured down the street. "My car is this way." He told her, leading her toward the underground garage where his apartment parking was.

His car was a 5 series BMW fully loaded. A nice car but not overwhelmingly expensive. It was jet black with an all black interior, simple yet nice and clean. Jake made sure he opened her door for her, as his mother always told him to do.

Fifteen minutes late they were in front of the restaurant and the vallet was taking the car. Jake smiled and took her inside where they where shown to a nice booth. Once seated Jake asked, "Ah now. Thank you for coming. I've always wanted to do this back when I was going to school, but could never afford it. I'm glad I got the chance to do it now." He said.

"Did you go to school here?" Alexa asked, smiling. Then she blushed. "I guess this tradition probably isn't unique, is it?"

It was nice to be at the restaurant. She'd heard a lot about it, but of course, she hadn't been on a date the whole semester, and with the soft candlelight and the low music playing, it wasn't the kind of place you went with a gang. She grinned at Jake. He was being a perfect gentleman, which made her fight with Danny even more annoying. He hadn't even really taken the bait when she had invited him to look at her.

It was also different riding over here with him. His car was sleek and luxurious, and made her wish she was wearing something a little more elegant than her cheerleading uniform.

"Well, I'm glad you decided to treat yourself," she said. "Back when you were going to school and wanting to do this, what did you picture? What did you dream about? I mean, you should get your money's worth, don't you think?"

She giggled and arched her back, pushing her firm breasts out a little. Then she realized what she was doing and blushed. Despite being a cheerleader, she wasn't the kind of girl who got off on teasing guys. She liked to look sexy and she appreciated the looks she got, but that was as far as it went. Until now. Now she'd had enough of Danny and his crap.

"Excuse me," she said. "I'll be right back." She stood up and began to walk to the ladies room. She let her hips sway as she walked, and her skimpy uniform gave everyone in the place an eye full. She pushed the door open to the ladies room and went to the sink, looking at herself in the mirror.

What the hell was she trying to do?

Jake smiled and nodded, "Yeah I was a computer science major there for three years. Graduated early because without a girlfriend I didn't have much to do except my homework." He told her with a wink. "Probably made college more boring for me. But I wanted to do this auction forever, and now that I have my own job I could afford to place a bid. I think I won the jackpot too." He smiled brighter as Alexa leaned back and arched her tits toward him, and what nice tits they were.

He watched her slide out of the booth and head away, her ass seemed to wag and sway for him as she left him there.

Jackpot indeed.

The waitress stopped by and Jake ordered a bottle of wine for the two of them. This was starting off as a great night. Money well spent.

Alexa told herself to cool it. She was here to have dinner and smile and be nice, but not too nice, to the man who made a big donation in her name. She was angry with Danny, but she wasn't at the point where she was ready to break up with him. Even if she was, she wasn't going to jump into bed with some computer geek. She nodded to herself in the mirror, and then went back to the table, just as the waitress delivered a bottle of wine.

"This looks good," she said as she sat down. She took a sip and smiled at him. She wasn't an expert, it tasted like wine to her, but there was nothing wrong with having a glass of wine with dinner. It wasn't like anyone was going to card her at Meastros.

"So what do you do with a computer science degree?" she said, curiously. She imagined the basement of the library, where overweight kids in sweatpants clicked keyboards and gazed endlessly at screens and filled the air with their stink. It was hard to imagine Jake being one of those guys, but maybe he had changed. "And when did you graduate, anyway?"

Jake smiled as he watched her walk back toward the booth. She seemed a bit calmer somehow, more resolved, as if she cleared whatever had been on her mind. She was clearly more relaxed as she slipped back into her seat.

He supped his own wine and shrugged, "Well it depends really. I turned my degree into a business in which I make websites and programs for big businesses. I kind of work freelance from my apartment as I can do everything from home. So not only is the money good, but I get to earn most of it in my underwear." He explained with a grin.

"I graduated two years ago earning my degree. So I'm not so far removed from the school. Yet anyway." He shrugged and shook his head.

The waitress came by to take their order. Once she left Jake leaned forward, "Tell me about yourself Alexa. What are you studying, what are you hoping to do when you graduate?"

She giggled when he said he worked in his underwear. She wondered what kind he wore. Then she realized she was imagining him in his underwear. She blushed and took a sip of her wine. A gulp, really, but it gave her a second to think of some kind of reply.

"I guess that's a perk, right? I mean, being your own boss, nobody telling you what to do all the time," she said, a little wistfully. Between practice, and all the events the cheer squad had to prepare for, she felt like she always had someone telling her what to do. And then there were her classes.

Fortunately, the waitress came and took their orders before she could say anything more. She didn't want to start spilling her guts to this guy. After all, he'd paid for an evening with a cheerleader. He wanted pretty and cheerful. She took another sip of wine as the waitress took his order, and was ready when he started asking her questions.

"I'm registered as a phys ed major, but I might do business instead," she told him, when he asked about her. She smiled sweetly and shrugged. She went to sip her wine, but realized she had already drunk the glass. She put it down, blushing. She didn't want to get drunk tonight. She'd seen enough to know people made terrible decisions when they were drunk and angry.

"I'm still just a freshman," she went on. "So I don't have to decide yet, as long as I take the prereqs for both, I'm good. After graduation, I was going to try to get on a pro squad, but it's like, super-competitive."

Jake automatically reached for her glass to refill her cup after she grabbed at the empty glass. He assumed she wanted more and was glad to pour it for her. He smiled at her as he poured, "Well I don't know about Phys Ed, but business is a good major because there are a lot of directions you can take after school. But hey going pro is good too. Maybe you can be a Laker girl and date a pro athlete." He gave her a wink.

Jake gave her a new filled glass and sat back. "God I wish I was better with girls in college." He leaned forward again and tapped the table. "I got a confession to make. And it is kind of a sad one."

He looked around to make sure no one was bringin food. "This is my first 'date'. Like ever. I have to apologixe because I must sound incredibly nervous." He told her. "Computer geeks don't exactly bring in the chicks. Sad that I had to pay for this one. But hey," He raised his cup. "At least I got a great girl." He said with a smile.

Just then the food arrived and Jake felt relieved that the food could distract from his little embarrassing confession.

She giggled at his suggestion that she would be a Laker girl and date a pro. That had always been a fantasy (though she had imagined herself as one of Dallas's CowBelles) but since things had soured with Danny, she thought less about jocks and more about what kind of guy would actually be fun to hang out with. She took a sip of wine and wondered what it would be like to really date Jake.

"Well, if going pro doesn't work out, there's always coaching, teaching, that kind of thing," she said, smiling. She hadn't really given a whole lot of thought to it, but the athletic department steered her towards PE, because it fit the schedule and the attitude of the squad. She shrugged, and winked. "Maybe I'll end up going into computer science. That's where the money is, right?"

Then he got serious. She listened patiently, until he finished, and she sat there for a moment, stunned. He was obviously a nerd, she had known that since he had told her what he was like in college, but he seemed like a cool nerd. He was well dressed, spoke well, hadn't tried to talk to her about processors or anything. Really, he was a normal guy. How had he never been on a date? Then she thought about the basement of the library again. Would she have ever given him a chance, if he hadn't paid for it? She knew the answer, and was disappointed with herself. She took another sip of wine and realized she had finished her second glass already. That had to be it.

"You don't seem nervous," she said. "You seem really cool. I mean, you shouldn't have to pay for dates. I mean, the charity thing is different, but you're not like, some troll with cheeto fingers who can't talk about anything but World of Warcraft." She giggled. Then she thought about Danny and frowned. In less than an hour, Jake had shown more interest in her than her boyfriend had in years.

"It's not right. A nice guy like you can't get a date because all the girls are dating assholes." She bit her lip. Had she been a little loud? The people at the next table were looking at her. She flashed a big smile, and turned to Jake. "Oops."

Jake smiled as he cut into his steak, "Well if it is Warcraft you wanna talk about, I could tell you some crazy stories girl." He teased. "Don't worry I know when to talk like a nerd and when to keep it shut." He winked and took his bite.

Alexa had finished her wine again and Jake reached for her glass to pour her a third. She muttered about girls dating asshole and he nodded. "I don't know about that. But the asshole seem to be able to generate the image of 'cool' right? The girls like the cool guy and it isn't until they've been dating that they realize that the cool guy is really just a huge prick."

Jake blushed and realized he may have just insulted her boyfriend, assuming she had one. After all a girl this hot would not be single. Too many guys would be all over her so someone had to have nabbed her.

"Sorry if I insult your boyfriend. I'm sure he is nice." He told her with a shrugg then cleared his throat and gave her wine back to her. "So how's the food? Want to try a piece of my steak?" He offered.

She tried to smile, but he was absolutely right. The asshole always did seem to get the girl. Which meant that she got stuck with assholes. She sighed and shook her head.

"No, you're right," she said. "My ... the guy I was with ... was a complete asshole. You know? I mean, I always thought I was lucky to be with him. Like he was better than me, but really, he was just selfish." It was true, she realized. She had always thought she would never do better than Danny, but it was just because he was too full of himself to think about her. She drank a little more wine and then she remembered she was supposed to stop. She frowned.

Fuck it, she thought, and drank another gulp before she set the glass down. She was just about to really let him know what she thought about Danny, and men in general, when he offered her a piece of his steak. She had gone with salmon, which was delicious, but not what the place was known for.

"Oh, thank you," she said, and leaned towards him, her mouth open for him to feed her.

The way she leaned toward him and opened her mouth....Jake got another mental image briefly before he shook it from his mind and cut her a bite. He placed the fork into her mouth with the piece of meat there and realized that her spit was gonna be on the fork a little. It would be kinda like kissing right? He pictured what it would be like to kiss her and swallowed hard as his blood began to bubble a little.

Once she took the meat, he pulled the fork free and raised an eyebrow. "It's like a dream right?" He smirked.

They ate together and made smile chat for a while. Jake told her about his current website project which was being a dick to him. He kept his explanation of things simple and left out most of the techy stuff. Then he listened to her talk about the latest cheer routine her squad was trying which was supposed to be the most complicated thing the squad has ever tried.

He was really enjoying her company. Best money he ever spent was winning this date. Yet something bugged him. As great as this was....he wished it was real and not some fake paid for event. Alexa was sweet and beautiful and easy going. Her personality seemed like she would be a wonderful girl friend. He wondered what kind of dick that other guy she had been with.... wait a second! She spoke of her boyfriend in past tense!

Did that mean she was single now?

Jake sighed, it didn't matter. She wasn't going to date some other guy anyway. It wouldn't take her long to get another boyfriend as pretty as she was.

Once they finished eating the server came back over and offered desert. Jake smiled and looked at her. "Feeling sweet?" He asked.

"It is like a dream," she whispered. She noticed the way he looked at her when she chewed the steak he fed her. She knew that look. She knew she had been a tease, and that he didn't deserve it. He didn't seem bothered, though. She sat back and concentrated on her salmon, and making smalltalk.

Maybe it was the wine, but he was very charming. There was a moment when he looked so lonely and sad that she almost asked him what was wrong, but she didn't want to get into anything serious. It was supposed to be a fun date. She grinned at him. She wasn't going to let fucking Danny ruin her night.

"I kind of want to get out of here, actually. We should get dessert next time." It just came out, and she couldn't really unsay it. Not without pretty much telling him she would never have gone on a date with him except for the auction. She blushed fiercely, and then the thought struck her that she would go out with him again. If he asked.

Jake frowned just a little when she refused desert. That meant the date was coming to a close. He had hoped to spend more time with her, but he didn't want to push it. He paid the tab and escorted her back to his car, opening the door for her of course.

As he drove back to his apartment building he looked over at her. She was breath taking sitting beside him, so sweet and beautiful there. "I am glad I won that auction. This was wonderful." He told her.

Once they were back at his building, he walked her out toward the streets where he could hail her a cab. "Keep your chin up Alexa." He told her, "Not every guy is like your ex. Some of us might not be as cool but we are nicer." He gave her a smile

When she noticed they were back at his apartment, she grinned. He wasn't wasting any time at all. She had thought they would go out dancing or something, but then she realized he was a nerd. He wasn't going to go to a club or anything like that. She stepped closer to him, and then realized he was looking up the street.

She turned and then realized he was looking for a cab. She frowned. The last thing she wanted was to go back to her dorm, to Danny and whatever fallout there was from their fight earlier.

"Hey," she said, stepping even closer. "You know, I don't have to go yet. We could go somewhere else. Or hang out at your place. If you want to."

She shrugged, looking up at him.

Jake had assumed his time was up. He didn't even consider that they could do something else besides dinner. He felt a fool as she stepped closer and suggested something else. They could do any number of things, even hang out upstairs. His heart skipped a beat as he thought of having her alone in his place.

Get a grip Jake, he thought.

He smiled at her, "Well I don't have much in the way of entertainment upstairs...but you know what...there is something we can do." He grinned and took her hand. "Follow me."

Quickly he led her around the side gate of his building and ushered her into the fire escape stairs. He hurried her up the fifteen stories until they burst out onto the roof. A few months ago he had set up a little mini golf course on the roof. It was a small five hole course that weaved around the roof. It had giant lawn figures for obstickles.

"Tada!" He said with a grin, clicking a little lighting on.

"Mini-golf?" she said, and giggled. Fifteen stories up a fire escape, and he wanted to play miniature golf at the top. She grinned as she looked at him. He might not be athletic, but it was no joke setting this up if he had to haul everything up the fire escape.

"OK," she said. "Let's play a round, but let's make it interesting. Each hole you lose, you have to take off one piece of clothing." She winked at him, and grinned playfully. "I mean, if you've got the balls. And the clubs."

She knew she was getting into dangerous territory, but she didn't want to go home yet. Not with Danny there. She knew she shouldn't be flirting with Jake this way. She barely knew him, and she'd never hooked up with a guy she just met before. He was sweet, though, and surprisingly fun. He wasn't exactly her usual type, but the way things had been going, maybe it was time to go for someone different.

He gave her a confused look as she made the bet. Strip mini golf? That was a new one, but what made it interesting to him was that she even came out to make such a bet. Did she want to see him naked? Of course he wouldn't mind seeing her naked, but the very nature of her bet seemed to hint that she wanted more from him than a simple date. Could she be interested in a geek like him?

He licked his lips and warned her. "You do realize I built this little course right? I mean you have a bet, but if you wanted to get naked you could just get naked now." He grabbed a ball and a putter from a little rack he built at the first hole. He hit the ball and got a hole in one around a monkey lawn statue. He turned to her and smirked, "Because getting naked now would save you some time." He winked and handed her a putter and ball.

She raised an eyebrow as he sunk his first ball in one shot.

"I do want to play mini golf," she said, and knocked her ball almost exactly where he knocked his. It bounced around the monkey statue and rolled just past the hole. She rolled her eyes and walked over to it, knocking it in.

"I just thought it would make the game more fun." She hooked her fingers in the sides of her skirt and slid it down, revealing a little pink thong. She stopped with it halfway over her hips and looked up at him. "If you don't want to play strip mini golf, we can just play for the hell of it."

Jake watched her miss the shot with a smile. He watched as she sighed and hooked her fingers into her skirt and pulled it down, pausing as he tilted his head to get a fantastic view of her ass. He felt his balls tingle at the sight and wondered how fair he should play since he knew the tricks of the course.

He shook his head as he came up to her. "No I am totally down to play. Jesus you must do a shit ton of squats because that ass is tight!" He teased with a smirk.

Grabbing his ball he led her to the next hole. He set it up so that it would bounce off an air duct and roll over a pipe. He gestured toward the items and explained how to do the hole. "That is what you are supposed to do. But it is still tricky to pull it off." He told her, his eyes glancing down to her tight ass.

If he wasn't careful he would be golfing with a boner.

The way he approached her and smirked surprised her a bit. He had never been on a date before, but he certainly seemed sure of himself now that she was taking off her clothes. It made her wonder if she had made the right call. When he was just a geek who had never been on a date, she had been confident that he would not make a move no matter what she did. Now, though, she wasn't sure. She felt a warm shiver pass through her body as she imagined what they might do on the roof.

"Squats?" she giggled. "Well, yeah. I work out a lot. It's part of the whole cheerleading thing."

She looked at the next hole and bit her lip. The course was set up to require a little finesse. Naturally, he would know the tricks. Muscle memory would let him glide through easily. She would likely lose every hole. She shrugged. She would give him a good show, then. She barely gave it a moment's thought before she hit her ball. It bounced off the duct and rolled over the pipe and into the hole. For a second she stared in shock.

"HA!" she cheered, jumping up and down. "Your shot."

Jake stood froze as her ball went right where it was supposed to go. She laughed at him and he shook his head, "Fuck!" He spat shaking his head as he moved up to take his shot. He hit his ball, but the shock of what she did rattled him and he missed...barely.

"Fuck again!" He cried as he knocked the ball into the hole. He looked at her. "Shoes don't count do they?" He asked her. With a grumble he popped open his fly and pulled his pants off, leaving him in boxers that were tented just a bit. Not that he could help that. Not with her ass out like that. He saw her looking toward his crotch and he clapped his hands, "Hey my eyes are up here." He teased with a smile, but shook his hips so she would clearly see his dick waggle.

He looked at her and smiled, "Even now? But you just wait. This next hole will flip you out." He led her to the next spot where he had set up a giant make shift hockey goalie attached to one of the roof fans. This caused the goalie to flip constantly like one of the pieces on a foosball table. The bottom of the goalie had a huge fly swatted attached that would smack the ball away if timed incorrectly. To make matters worse, the ball then needed to hit perfectly into a vent tube which led to a lower section of roof where the hole was. You could not hole in on this hole, but if you were really good, you could 2-shot it.

He gestured her to go first, "Go ahead." He teased with smirk.

She giggled as he shook his cock at her. Even through his boxers, she could see that he was starting to get stiff, but at least he wasn't being a dick about his dick. He wasn't super cocky about it, and he wasn't trying to hide that he was turned on. It was, in a strange and probably awful way, kind of complimentary that he was reacting to her like that.

"Happy to see me?" she said, grinning, her eyes dipping down to the front of his shorts.

It made her want to lose more, but to win more as well. She wanted to see him naked, but also to see him reacting to her naked. Fortunately, the next hole seemed nearly impossible. Her first three balls were kicked back by the spinning fly-swatter, and she giggled each time. Finally, she got one through. It took another shot to get it through the vent and into the hole.

"Hm," she said. "Five. Beat that."

Then she leaned on her putter and bent over at the waist to pick up the ball, shamelessly pointing her ass back at him. After all, there was no point in playing strip anything if you weren't going to tease your opponent.
