Well, in terms of volume consumed I guess it'd be potatoes.

But I do love asparagus, and tomatoes, and peas, and zucchini, and spinich, and well you get the picture.

With that exception of potatoes, I like all my veggies either raw or lightly cooked. Nothing worse than mooshy stringy over cooked veggies.
