A young'un makin' a living moving furniture - things were loose on those trucks - rednecks from West Virginy and old school soulbro's from downtown DC - and us suburban young'uns - all working/crewing on the same rigs.

7-Eleven was our restaurant of choice. Easy in and easy out. We all drank - movers do that.

For lunch I'd tend to want to gross the boys out. (Go figure Sparky wanting to gross folks out?)

I'd get myself a 16oz PBR and a can of Spam - open it, letting the gelatin ooze out and down my hand - spank that hunk of meat out of the can - hold it in my right hand and eat it like an apple. Munch - munch.

Most of those guys hated Spam - I love it. Still do. Raw or cooked. Um Good! And not even on a Ritz neither.

My favorite way to eat it is with a thin butter slice wrapped inside..MMMM!
