what is trump problem with tiktok?

I was under the impression that Tik Tok is owned by a Chinese company that spies on people. You know, China? The authoritarian, Africa raping, Muslim genociding, communist, racist country? That China. I have nothing against Chinese people in general but their government is fucked. I don't trust any app from China.

'I would like you to do us a favour though'
- Donald Trump

"This man (Trump) had no idea what TikTok was until the teens using it ruined
his Tulsa rally. This is petty revenge, plain and simple.

- Gizmodo

("...teens encouraged each other to reserve tickets to Trump’s June rally in Tulsa,
hoping to inflate the expected number of attendees even though they never planned
to show up."- Brad Parscale, Trump's darling and connection to Trump's Extremist
Right wing fan base, was demoted because of massive inflation of expected audience
numbers, and dismal, tiny reality of just enough to fill the camera's eye, for propaganda
and denial purposes. so confident, they set up an area outside in the hot sun, for Trump
to give a separate speech. Only a few people stayed to hear him, so they cancelled the
out door speech. They spent many campaign cash dollars on a huge venue space, renting
huge monitors, money on the outdoor space. This is probably what made Trump the
angriest. The other side of the fail is it proved that Trump is an empty boaster, and
an egomaniac loser, that believes his own hype.)

The President's Shock at the Rows of Empty Seats in Tulsa

(100,000 people were expected to attend- 40,000 were expected to be at the outdoor speech)

Inside the 19,000-person BOK Center, meanwhile, whole sections of the arena remained empty.

Bye-bye TikTok

The president has also suggested that the U.S. Treasury would get a cut from the deal

President Donald Trump says he is allowing Microsoft to purchase the U.S. assets
of the popular Beijing-based TikTok social media video sharing app, in a sale
Trump personally is forcing.

In discussing what he sees as the broad portions of an agreement the President used
a real estate term to openly solicit the payment that would have to be made to the
U.S. Treasury.

“I said a very substantial portion of that price is going to have to come into
the U.S. Treasury of the United States, because we’re making it possible
for this deal to happen,” Trump told reporters Monday afternoon.

Without a lease, the tenant has nothing, so they pay what’s called ‘key money’
or they pay something, but the United States should be reimbursed.

Trump is saying the U.S. should get a “substantial” cut from the sale of the company –
or he will not allow it to go through.

In some states and certain situations, “key money” is illegal.

Pretty much anyone could do better than Trump does. Don't believe it? Watch for the history books on this period.
