What is TOO long to notice someone. This question is primarily addressed to the women.
When is it TOO much for someone to notice you? I'm sure there has been plenty of times you have dressed up really nice and gone out in public ... and found the many eyes noticing you. I'm sure some can be complimenting. However, when is it crossing the line (if it even is)?
The definition of "dressed up" is left intentionally vague since people notice different things.
If a stranger came up to you to compliment you, how would you accept that compliment? Would you think it was sincere or just some coy way of a "come on"?
