I agree with Candi. This is not a new thing. My big, tight, muscled ass has gotten me plenty of ass over the years. I think that lately the men who prefer something to hold on to are being more vocal about it.

I think, or maybe I just like to think, that this whole "trend" has something to do with body acceptance. More and more women, and men, are shouting "love your body" instead of "starve your body to fit a certain constrict".

I'm lucky that I came with a healthy love for myself and I credit that to the girls I went to school with, not my mother. To this day my mom believes I'll never 'find a nice man' because I'm not skinny. Wrong. It's because I'm a bitch.

Because now you can look how ever you want to, within reason.
The porn industry also has a lot to do with body trends. If it's in porn a lot, the guys start desiring it more, the more it's desired the more women want to be it and so the vicious cycle goes.
The other thing to consider is that for a long time stick figures have been the attractive thing, and now we're transitioning back to curves being in. What worries me is all the young women that will go and get surgery to fit in with what is currently attractive and then regret it down the track.
