What is the worst thing someone has said to you/you have said to someone

1. I'm surprised a girl would talk to you.
2. I'm surprised a girl would talk to you and you have a family. Scummy or not.

It wasnt said but it was written in a letter to me.

"I should have aborted you. The dr thought having a baby wasnt good for me."

signed

mum

I read it and went -
this woman isnt going for the mum of the year award lol

(I'm not hurt anymore. My mum isn't mentally well and I made my peace with it a long time ago)

1.) I'm sorry, but it's over.

2.) I'm sorry, but it's over.

"Unfortunately I have some very bad news. x has passed away."

After announcing my first pregnancy at work to a coworker, with a smile.

"Are you going to keep it, or get rid of it?"

At my university graduation ceremony: You may be smart, but you sure are fat!
I was a size 10. Fucker!

The worst thing I've said to someone...is the truth they didn't want to hear.

:cattail:

From what I've seen so far, if all this is the very worst that's been said to you then you're doing pretty darn good in life.

In a heart-to-heart conversation as adults about our troubled past when I was a child, Dad said, "I may not have loved you then, but I love you now."

After hearing the confirmation that I wasn't loved as a child, I finally got my head around it enough to think (but did not say out loud), "Ya know, Dad, somehow that doesn't make up for much."

I hope he meant something else and simply couldn't say what he really meant.
I always wanted to have a talk like that with my mom because I had some unresolved things from my childhood but I never did and now I can't. Maybe it's best that I didn't.

I once told a woman, "When I said you couldn't come back, I meant it."

My own mother asked, shortly after my wife and I separated, if I ever loved my ex. Show was completely serious. That questioning changed my relationship with her forever.

You'd have to ask others what the worst thing I've ever said to someone was.
