Well I worked for a government subcontractor, and there were people there who just came to work. They showed up, did their forty hours and left.

As a result, of one guy's ineptitude, I had to work over for one weekend to meet his deadline. I did it (with help). He wasnot htere, but he tried to take credit for it anyway. When it came time for his raise, I went to the Boss and asked for this guy's raise since I had did his work. My Boss had to go to upper management to approve it cause I was not shceduled for a raise yet.

To make a long story short, they gave me this guys raise, and then told him that he had to have me review his work. In short, he had to kiss my ass to get approval.
