My PC is telling me its 1pm

Lit is telling me its midday, as do my watches and clocks.

Anavnova's TV listings are telling me its at least 1:30, but it blatantly isn't, becuase the rugby isn't on yet.

So what is the goddamn time?

Essentially, European countries are adopting Daylight Savings Time a week earlier than the States. So add one more hour to the time difference from last week. This is only a mess for one week --then those in the States do their "spring ahead" and we are back to the same time differentials we had before.

Eastern time stays at GMT-5 this week, while Germany, for instance, goes to GMT+2.

And no, I do not understand why. Just know that all of your schedules for meeting on a telcon with anyone Stateside will be messed up all week.
