I don't have amounts, because it's purely a "to taste" thing..
Moridin's DefCon 4 Nachos (Do not eat these if you don't like really spicy food!)
tortilla chips
mozerella cheese
american cheese
spicy cheddar cheese
monterey jack cheese, the kind with the jalapenos in it
salsa
ground chuck
as much hot sauce as you can find
pepper
Cook the ground chuck up first. Lay the tortillas on a plate evenly, spread out the beef, then the salsa. At this point it becomes a matter of pure taste. I like mine Really hot so I liberally spice it with tobasco, louisiana hot sauce, habanero, and a little chinese hot oil. Grate up all your cheese and sprinkle it evenly over the salsa and chips. Stick it in a microwave or broiler to melt the cheese and heat the salsa. When it's done put some pepper on top.
Voila!
