The sun is shining!

The snow is melting!

The children are playing together nicely.

There is enough money in the checking account to pay the bills!

I am making a ham dinner. (my favorite)

Brownies are in the oven. (my other favorite)

And it is a good fucking day!

Anyone else want to share what is so great about today?

The coffee was black and hot.
The rain is but a drizzle.
I am going out to breakfast and then shopping.


I like the rhythm of most of my days...

Its a good day .... because the

* sun is shining , there is a cool breeze

* my car is looking WICKED after I washed it !

* my lil nephew is spending the day with me.

* my room is a mess but its a good kind of mess , finding things I once thought were lost.

* I am feeling good - even though I did not study for a mid term that I have tomorrow.

* I have banana nut ice cream in the freezer for later tonight!

- I slept amazingly well last night. Had a dream I was farming romain lettuce in wooden boxes. (Don't ask - I have no idea.) It was a very pleasant dream, somehow.

- Just ate a wonderful but simple breakfast.

- My tea this morning turned out perfectly.

- It rained last night, so the air is all fresh & cool.

- There's birds at my bird feeder, so my cats are ecstatic.

LOL when I got my sunburn at my Mom's pool a little over a week ago a friend of hers I have known forever never said hello. Later he said to my mom was that your daughter I saw at the pool. Mom said of course she wondered why you didn't say hello. He told her she lost so much weight I was afraid I was wrong she looked fabulous!!!!

Have to love those ego boosts out of nowhere!
