Hey Folks. I have recently heard the term "Mish Style" as a sex position and was curious if any of you knew what it was.

Thanks!

<Looks at article about MISH vs SECUS>

<light bulb goes on>

Mish = Missionary Position?

What else would a conservative, grit your teeth an bear it so you can have babies,, education suggest?

it might be "missionary style" with people who just started calling it that. or maybe some intelligent people know what "MISH" is, which i didn't till right now - and MISH style is meant to mean "abstinence." I didn't really read all the mish stuff, but it looks like they're trying to teach teenagers abstinence.

Mish =short for missionary position, generally assumed to be woman laying facing up on her back with partner laying on top (supporting his weight on forearms etc) face to face...To be inclusive, I guess this position can apply to any two people attempting sex in this position, not just a man and a woman... oh why is describing sexual positons like trying to give verbal instructions for origami?...or it becomes like legal speak, the more you say the more you need to clarify for sake of misinterpretaion.:rolleyes:

I just remembered why I hardly ever answer those "What's your favourite postion?" questions!

If you watch porn or read porn reviews you'll also become familiar with the enchanting names for lots of other positions...doggy, spooning, cowgirl, reverse cowgirl...piledriver etc. Sort of a cross between the Kama Sutra and gymnastics with a few wrestling holds thrown in for good measure.;)

Abstinence? They would be better off teaching kids how to use birth control and trying to instill some common sense in them. But what do I know? I'm just a horny old fart. :D

how do i delete posts?

this is like the third time my comp has messed up and said "website not responding" - so i resent my post, only to realize (in horror) that it has posted multiple times!
i went to "edit" under my post, checked the delete box - and it says i don't have authorization to do this. i can't delete my OWN posts? i know i'm still logged in

no one can delete their posts...all you can do is edit it.

according the article MISH stands for medical institute for sexual health

not meant to be any postion, i have a feeling they had no clue it would be taken as missionary position considering they are "abstinence only" advocators. Therefore they probably wouldn't knowingly make the title of their organization a sexual position.

""Joel next pumps Alexandra mish style..."

Upon google searching "mish style" you'll come up with a series of porn reviews that say things like this:

"Joel next pumps Alexandra mish style and spews his load..."

Those abstinence sites come up, too.

Based on all your hard work I'm going to assume "mish" is short for "missionary". Oh and just when I thought I had maybe discovered something I had not heard of...

Thanks for all the feedback!
