just come back from a engagement do between two of my close friends

it was set in a social club where a nice buffet was put on by the brides father with all the dj trimmings.

everything was going well and i felt a touch of jelousy watching the families dancing together with siblings being close and affectionate with their parents and loved ones. i was nice to see.

my friend and i commented on the fact and wished that their was this closeness between us and our families

we walk out the toilet to discover that while in our abscence people had been throwing abuse at each other and the buffet was flying all over the place.

"watch your lip you tart, and stop flirting with my son you stop out"

were the conversations that most of the onterage could here.

how can such a wonderfull evening be mared by hostile abuse. what is that turning point that turns a nice night into something off the osbournes
