What is an "average cock'?

Okay so someone asked earlier if cock size, which for men is a determination of place in the hierarchy, really matters. And the response was mixed.

So I pose this next question, and offer the poll to go with it that the ladies may indicate what is average.

I am going to assume firstly that length is the measure of choice although according to the commercials on satellite radio is is thickness that counts.

So what is average to you ladies??

I'll even start... from a guys perspective. I am 6 and 1/2 with 6 inches around so 2 inches across. Is this average?

the following link is to a study website that seems to be detailed and well researched. they found the average size in their study was about 6 inches, but because men with big penises are more likely to show them off there were more abnormally large penises than you'd see in real life. Also because many men with small penises are not interested in participating in these types of studies the folks running the study concluded that the real average penis size is probably closer to 5 inches than 6. this might seem small but length is very demendant on how you measure. if you measure from balls to tip you'll get a longer measurement than from belly to tip. also if you push the ruler you're measuring with into your stomach fat you'll get a larger measurement. it's quite possible that many men you meet who claim to have large penises are actually average or slightly above but fudging the numbers with creative measurement. there are, of course, some guys who are huge, but they are in the minority, just like men who are really tiny are rare.

What I find most interesting is exactly that. Creative measurement seems to continually make men larger than reality.

And as an aside, according to the poll it appears that anywhere from 5 1/2 to 7 seems to be the "norm" which also falls along the study's findings.

I think there is a very good possibility that ladies just trust that their partner's telling them the truth about their penis size, so their judgement of size is a bit distorted. they'll see a penis and think, well it's a bit larger than my last boyfriend, and he told me he was 7 inches so this guy must be 7.5, when in reality the previous boyfriend was 6 at best and the new guy's the same length but since he's short and slim it looks longer. so the girl hears her friend has a 5 inch penis and assumes it must be tiny when in fact it's completely normal.

I think things can stretch but I get cervical bumping in some positions at 6 or so inches. other ladies might be shaped different than me though. Of course they exist, but why do guys want to compare dicks anyway. They can finger fuck each others asses for all I care. I have to add in what a female friend of mine (no I havent done anything with her *sigh) said about measurements. she says most of the guys she dates and screws in davis seem to be about 9-10 inchers with very little variation. Yes they do i dated 2 who were in that range .... a guy in college and the guy right before i met my husband.
