Repeating lots of keywords boosts rating in some search engines, but actually decreases it in others - it is obviously not in everyone's best interests for some people to try to cheat the system. It is better to put keywords in META tags in the header of the web page, that way everyone knows that they are the keywords.

Obviously an amateurish method of trying to get listed higher on the search engines. Like claude said you want to put keywords in the meta tags near the top of the html source.

Also the Alt argument for Img tags are a good place to put key phrases that enunciate the them of the page. The Alt text isn't displayed unless you leave your mouse over the image, or turn off image viewing for your browser. And why would anyone do that on a porn page?

I ran an adult web site for about a year, and search engine hits are highly overrated IMHO. I got more traffic generated from focused adult indexes such as amateur.ranks.com. But it certainly helped. Oh yeah, the title tag is crucial too as it's the first thing the search spider sees.

Don't know if you were looking for a technical overview or not The example you provided was an awful way of designing a web page. There is way to much garbage out there.
