I'm just curious as to the lifestyle people have surrounding their sex life and what foods they generally consume or avoid and how it contributes to their sexual performance.

It matters

I used to eat regular food, meats and cheeses. And my cholesterol was high and blood pressure too. Sex drive suffered terribly. And I'll admit, when I wanted sex, the penis wouldn't always cooperate. About a year and a half ago I switched to a plant based diet. Not totally, I eat a regular meal about twice a month. I love meat and dairy, but it's bad for us. Anyway, cholesterol is down. BP is better than when I was a teenager. And, the penis works every time, like a champ. Diet matters.

Other than...

...eating pussy, my diet is not affected by my sex life.

i have lost about 140 pounds over the past 19 months eating a high protein diet and exercising like crazy.

My sex drive has gone thrown the roof so it does pay off. Confidence has also.

Take care of yourself first and everything else will fall into place.

Congratulations!!

I think exercise plays a big part in how it affects your sex life. I have not found certain foods, but realize that when I am exercising and eating well, I tend to feel better about myself and more confident, so I feel sexier.

If I were to think about how it might have affected me, it would be to drink more water, eat more fruit and vegetables and only splurge on fast food, soda and desserts once in a while.

Eating those sexy foods like strawberries with your partner is fun too.
