There are a lot of Werewolf stories already on Lit. Check out Sci-fi section and also the erotic horror section. Just go under "Search stories" pick these sections and write in the word "Werewolf" and "Wolf." You'll find a lot of erotic stories with such creatures.

You may also want to check out the entries for the 2005 Halloween Contest for some Werewolf stories (there were at five or six).

The one Werewolf story that stands out in my memory is Heroin by vamplawyer (I don't think it was submitted as a contest entry).
