What is the usual outcome whenever evil fights another evil?![]()
A good example was Hitler invading the Soviet Union during WW2. Since Germany was at war with England and others, those nations took the side of the USSR, but I doubt any of them liked it.![]()
I think that when evil fights evil, there is a futile struggle between the two sides and many innocent and good people suffer from the collateral damage caused by that battle between two evils.
The US armed and funded the Taliban to help fight the Soviets when they invaded Afghanistan in the 1980's.
Russia was no threat to most nations at that time. Germany was.
It's better to support "teh evil" to get rid of your threat, but it was only Russia where Americans haven't forget it was the evil.
In case of Al-Qaida, they had.
Tell Finland about Russia being no threat. Or Poland or Estonia or Lithuania or Latvia or, later, Czechoslovakia and the rest of eastern Europe.
The Russians didn't start the fire on France or the UK or Czech Rebublic.
No. They had started a war with Finland, and agreed with Nazi Germany to carve up Poland (again!).
What happens when evil fights evil?
The greater of two evils wins.
...
Or the one with the largest armed forces.
Are you referring to the US vs Iraq?
