insincerity, intolerance, biogtry, insensitivity
bullying, stupidity, abuse, betrayal can set me off.
I'm like most people, I don't like being fucked with. The combination of prayer and counselling has significantly curbed my reactionary nature, but the bitch exists. I do what I can to keep the beast dormant.
When irritated, I can be strident, intolerant, down right ugly. On my worst days I don't care either. I am capable of reverting to how I grew up: Beat a motherfucka till you're sure he won't get up. I don't risk you harming me again. Serious dichotomy for someone who espouses pacifism today.
I usually feel like shit for going off so I try to keep it at a minimal. I'm human. I have shortcomings and given the right circumstances, I'll retailiate. There are times I really want to go off, but the consequences usually aren't worth it. I'm not 20 anymore, and I can't act out like an inexperienced, undiscipline youth.
I'm like Cymbidia, I can be intolerant. I project at times especially when I'm frustrated. Having to go back and apologize is painful, but it has become easier. The alternative is not unacceptable.
Most of my ranting these days are directed at issues. I feel strongly about our actions concerning 9-11. Human and civil rights rank high for me. Children is another area where I could attack with a vengenance.
I have plenty of scars from spouting off. I'm too old and too tired to add more when I know better.

Just about anything. Haven't you noticed? I take offense to the oddest things for no rational, let alone discernable, reason.
That and my computer fix. If I can't write, people suffer. They're suffering in my house now. My writing in the past two weeks has suffered due to family concerns. I know how to blow out the pilot light on the furnace.

two cups of coffee in one day is enough to push me towards committing genocide ,i could never live in any of the mediterreanean countries where a laid back "manana" attitude go hand in hand with coffees strong enough to make the spoon stand up in the cup . i dont believe it is the caffeine as i drink other beverages such as cocacola until it is dribbling out of my ears alcohol normally chills me out and brings on a more happy go lucky attitude. i dont like taking aspirin for a headache and point blank refuse to take anything recreationally
