What End Do One-bombs Serve?

My scores rise with time but generally suffer coming outta the gate. Four of mine that came out between 1.0 and 2.0 are over 4.0 now but get few reads. One bombs at the start wallop harder than 5's at the end. Theyre lethal in a contest, because of when they come. A 5 after the contest is nuthin.

A 1 and a 5 are exactly equal and opposite. You just favor one more when you give it and the other when you get it.
