Bonnie, that seriously is the meaning of the word. I know it sounds bad and gross but a queef is a vaginal fart, nothing more, nothing less. LOL

And if you wanna know how I learned what it meant, I have a group of friends who used it quite frequently so I did as the thread starter did and asked. Of course my friends laughed and laughed and one finally said "It's a pussy fart", I almost died of embarrassment then and there. LOL
