Well I haven't spent my whole life being a dom and have only recently discovered a small talent for it, and honestly cocked that up a bit too, but the glimpse I had into it was quite seductive and gave me an insight into the power balance involved.

I think you're playing up the sub's gift and sway on the relationship a little too much here. Yes there is that, but I wouldn't describe it as an equality. The dom definitely does call the shots because that is what the sub wants and needs (I don't capitalise the d because protocol is for small minded people who need pigeonholes).

There again I know next to shit all about this so I'm sure plenty would disagree.
