Anyway, I'm not sure the males who've posted so far really did justice to the many facets of male orgasms, so I offer my version:

An orgasm seems to start at the point where you are being stimulated most intensely, then the feeling spreads out, and this can happen very quickly, depending on how long the stimulation beforehand went on. Generally, I feel a tingling in the most sensitive part of my penis first, the head.
