Security in a relationship is key in any kind of fun like this, especially when you're adding someone else into the mix. Your partner and yourself have to be open, honest with each other and secure. If not- you're probably looking for tough times ahead.
So the answer to your question is- very. My wife and I talk openly about our fantasies, what we would and wouldn't like, and even what might make us a little worried. The threesome we had turned out wonderfully, and we both would enjoy it again.

This is a very deep subject.. I have been lucky to have done three MFF (all before I got married unfortunately as my wife will not even discuss it..oh well..so much for my fantasy..at least I did it before marriage...).
