I personally do not find extreme things like that a turn on, whether it be self harm, consentual blood letting, or a vampire fetish. Its not nessesarily the blood thing, although that doesnt turn me on, its just in my limited experience of BDSM much less pain was needed to exite play on the pleasure pain boundary, although everyone is different, play to that extreme would put me off.
In that photo I think blood is sexy. The photo itself is more artistic and not really pornographic. The whole bodage vampire fetish thing dosen't do it for me. I like half naked women and all but something there just dosen't work. This however, I see a sense of tragic beauty.
