In all other sites, I'm known by the alias Polly Juice, a name I originally picked for the HP-fan site Fiction Alley, and which has since hung around with me to every other site - Restricted Section, Realm of the Forbidden, etc, etc. I like that name. And it's hard to mess it up, unlike Svenskaflicka, that so many people shorten to a certain boy's name that shall not be mentioned...

So... what do you think? Starting next year (due to the Survivor Contest), should I change my screenname to Polly Juice?

We are used to Svenskaflicka. I have even learned how to spell it.

Polly Juice doesn't have the same ring of individuality. If you must change, please change it to something we would associate with you such as Swedish Blonde *****

Thanks, og!

Now I'm longing to hear J-Le's opinion. Together with Indigo Sky, she's one of few who would see a clear connection between me and Polly Juice.:)

Darling Swede, you are Svenska and Flicka to me (and Svenskaya and Flicka-mou). I know it may only mean the plain words to you but they are *you* to me as is your AV and your sardonic style. If you are only Svenskaflicka on Lit., then why change?

For the reason of knowing exaclty the kind of semi-nasty ring that "vackra svenska flicka" has to it, I think you should keep it.

But I guess the name doesn't make as much sense unless you know the lingo.

I think you should stick with Svenskaflicka. It's original and slick and, although I don't understand the Swedish behind it, the way it rolls off the tongue seems to encapsulate what I know of you.

Good grief!

Dear Earl,
My God, even I know that much Swedish. It means "yumpin' yimminy."

Linbido) That's exactly why I chose it in the first place!:)

Unfortunately, the humour in it is lost on most Litsters...

I like the name, even though like others, I have no knowledge of Swedish to appreciate the humor.

I think it's up to you, but if you're goint to change it...

How about Pippi in Nylons as you always remind me of Pippi Longstocking.
