What do you all listen to while working out? I know a lot of people listen to metal and rock to get them pumped up.

This is going to sound crazy but I have started listening to true crime podcasts like true crime garage or crime junkie while lifting. I have found it keeps me engaged and present. With my ADHD this is a good thing haha.

Anyways just curious what everyone has going on in those headphones.

Sweaty people grunting and straining with their weights mostly.

Sometimes I plug in some music..Jazz, metal, pop, classical, foreign language recordings (to learn a foreign language), true crime, yea

mostly its just my body screaming WTELF? (what the ever loving fuck)

I work out at home. I usually listen to exercise-related YT's. It helps me stay motivated..

Muscle guys grunting and yelling as they push those weights! Fuck! Just look at em!

Oh damn, that one just pooped!

Welp, done with this workout!

My gym plays decent music so no ear buds for me because I like to fellowship.while I workout.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I’m an odd duck. I always start my workouts with this…
Fun fact, the opening line roughly translates to day of tears or day of mourning , so it always feels like an appropriate start to a workout for me.

A lot of grunting and weights hitting the floor because they are way to heavy for the individual trying to lift the, improperly of course.

Lots of angry metal if I’m lifting.
Pop- high tempo crap if I’m spinning.

Nothing if I’m rowing. It’s a water rower and the sound is enough.

If I’m hiking or walking usually just regular music or no music.

Metal is my hype music. Fit for a King and Demin Hunter are my top bands.
