What do you call your Dom/sub?

If you're owned or own someone, what do you call your Dom/sub?

I call my Dom, Owner :3

He is, first last and always "Master." In public situations I often call him "Sir." If I'm in trouble and want to make him laugh, he is "Sweetie Darling Master Sir." And he is always my love.

He calls me slave, girl, baby, or (greedy) slut. :rose:

I call my dominant Daddy even though we don't have a d/lg dynamic. Sometimes I call him by his first name. Sometimes I call him EvilOgre. :)

Sir I use as a general sign of respect for any Dom, but with hubby, depending on the mood I call him; Daddy, Sir, or Master depending on his mood.

When not in a scene I call them by their first name. When referring to them as subs I call them schiavo with a number for where they rank. For example I call my fourth "quattro schiavo". In a scene usually a pet name I have for each.

Mostly Sub followed by their name. Though one particular one is very slutty, and hence is Slutty Sub. Occasionally Pet depending on the dynamic

She calls me Daddy and I call her Baby, Babygirl, or Daddy's Little Slut. But she ALWAYS calls me Daddy. She asked if she could call me Daddy, even in public settings and I agreed that she could.

In public, I call him by his name or I may whisper, "Daddy." In private or in written communication, he is always Daddy, although I sometimes, although rarely, call him Sir. He calls me babygirl mostly, my slut occasionally, but during play any number of degrading names will be said.

He has me call him Master most of the time. But when the sex is especially delicious, he lets me moan his real name.

phoney concept ?

I wanted to experience what the dom/sub thing was all about thinking perhaps I was missing out so I advertised for a partner to give it a go. And my observations were that those women I came across looking for a dom were the prickliest domineering individuals imaginable. Probably bosses at work and at home. My observations and "perhaps" conclusions were that the "would be" sub was simply play acting to make them feel not so guilty for the bullying disposition they discharge to others during the day. Which makes me think that the person they are looking for does not exist outside of their imagination. And this indefinite search goes on fruitlessly for that reason. Simply chasing rainbows. I may be wrong but to I challenge someone to logically :cool:prove me wrong.

Whatever I choose. This week I'm trying to decide between Bonzo and Quasimodo.

Whatever the big letter wants, because that is typically what I want.

Although I do have a fondness for my real name, I think have truly come to enjoy being pet named. My new name becomes a poem for my experience in the relationship that has a line written each time it's used. I love it when a seemingly common and benign name gets loaded up with hot cheeked ideas and experiences, but it can get murky at times when someone new lands on the same pet name for me name as an ex. I suppose it's telltale that a nick name being repeated is a name that actually suits me.

This often makes me wonder if those who identify as just "slave" are bothered by it being used the same way by a new master.. Clearly fundamentally feeling slave is different than identifying as his/her slave, but does the identifier get tainted or changed when used by more than one master? Maybe it's the difference between slave being the only name vs it being used as a pet name? I know I have a different relationship with "he calls me..." vs "my name is...", so maybe that's the same thing? Just curious.

That said, I have a quirk that I don't think I could date someone with the same name as someone who I have had a significant relationship with. It just makes the "SAY MY NAME!!" or "you are my *insert pet name*" moments feel awkwardly crowded sometimes, but maybe that's just me.
