What do the British intelligence services do to earn their wages ?

M15 have just concluded a project which involved Months of painstaking fieldwork and around-the-clock surveillance activities with a view to ascertaining a complete list of possible Al Qaeda targets in the UK.

They have announced that the following may be vulnerable:
The Houses of Parliament
AND
Buckingham Palace




I hate to say it but I think that most of us could have worked that out before M15 got to work !

Stupidity agencies

Sounds like your "intelligence" agencies are as incompetent (that's giving them the benefit of the doubt) as ours. They completely failed to warn us or protect us from a real attack, of which they had numerous advance warnings. However, they've since warned us repeatedly about bogus attacks which never occurred. I guess they figure it evens out that way.
