They're great aren't they? I just love the Mr T one, and there's going to be a Vern Troyer one soon which I'll link as soon as I see.

Neon - Nah, not aliens.

"Maybe Mr T is good with computers mr condescending director!"

What a great ad :D

Butt plug?

:D

I adore William Shatner! That man knows how NOT to take himself seriously. I love his Priceline ads and the voice characterization he did in Over the Hedge.

Mr. T.? He's still doing the same silly-ass character he did on the A Team. I enjoyed it at the time.

I was much younger.

He took a break for a while, he was - and still is - a preacher, but I think some marketing execs convinced him his message would be better recieved if he did revert to type.

I was not aware of that.

Mr. T. - Preacher man?

Almost surreal.

:D

Mr. T was.... Well, Mr T long before the A-Team came out. Back then he was a bouncer at some hi end clubs, not to mention a fighter of sorts.

Jenny: I'm deeply disturbed that you, of all people, feel that way.

We're talking about Denny Crane! Boston Legal is the best show on TV ( IMHO) and William Shatner is a major part of what makes it work. Yes, he is over the top. Yes he is a ham. Yes it works for him!

I would love to see Kevin Spacey do one of these ads (not that he ever would). He could switch back and forth between various characters, imitating Christopher Walken as a wizard, Al Pacino as a gruff warrior type, and finishing off as Katherine Hepburn as a witch. :D

Love them. I saw the Shatner one on TV, but I wasn't aware of the Mr. T one. I just called S to tell him this most important piece of information. :D
