I just stood in backyard in a rain shower. It was bit cold but I realized I was okay with it so I ran back inside and grabbed soap. I literally just had my morning shower outside, nude and in the natural rain. It's got to be one of the most invigorating but grounding things I have ever done. Neighbor's pool, she let's us use it. It's about 25 minutes of rehabilitation like leg work for us - each of us are suffering from bone spurs in at least two leg joints - then some swimming. None of us wear swimsuits.

As soon as I came home from work, kicked off the heels, tossed the clothes and just walked straight to my pool and dove in for a good half hour swim..very relaxing despite beimg a little chill in the air!
