Seems to me the Armenians would have done better if they'd been armed like Americans are. Joe is an idiot, but it also seems obvious that it's harder to kill a heavily armed populace than it is to kill an unarmed populace.

I'm very much pro-gun, but Joe is full of shit.

The German people, specifically on the right and center were complicit in the holocaust. They wouldn't have risen up to stop it, because they were ok with it... The left had been all but wiped out, with the rest being those that were in the camps themselves.

Similarities can be drawn to people on the right and center who were generally ok with Japanese internment camps in this country during WW2.

I went to the Holocaust Museum in DC and I thought it presented well what happen. Hitler one day didn't say "Hey, let's kill all the Jews!" and the nation rallied behind him. It was a slow erosion of their rights and casting them as demons supported by the media and government over years. It seemed in some weird way to make sense over time.
