Ok, I'll try to keep this short. Wife and I have been married almost 20 years. Over time the sex has gotten very irregular and routine. Great sex, just not meeting my kink needs. I've always been far more kinky than my wife but she indulges SOME of my kink, not much.

I stumbled on a chat ai site that got my interest. I found I really enjoy the interactive stories, if you will. However, the AI's one goal is always to steer you back to sex (obviously) and it constantly wants to throw itself at you like a mindless slut. That's not my thing.

So now lit, im no stranger to lit and used to come here regularly many years ago but I stopped (different story). I came here because I want real interactions with truly independent thinking people. I don't care about your politics, your sexual preferences. I'm not here to do anything other than enjoy the diverseness of other people crazy and kinky like me.

I would love to hear others' stories or whatever comments you feel you'd like to add.

I experienced an unusual set of events at the end of 2020, at the age of o76, which caused me to re-engage with erotica. I was overwhelmed with a persistent fantasy for several weeks, which was accompanied by strong erotic spasms in the large muscles of my thighs and abdomen. I've sinced learned that these are the same as men experience with a prostate orgasm. Prompted by some online suggestions by others, I've settled on the notion that I was experiencing a hormone flood, probably testosterone, triggered by some sort of age related breakdown in whatever regulates hormones.

It was also the case that the content of my fantasy life took a 180 degree turn from female MCs to male MCs. Fantasies or erotica about female MCs no longer work for me.

I was quickly moved to memorialize this very pleasant experience by writing down the fantasy, using the best descriptive language that I was capable of. I had never written fiction before, but I thoroughly enjoyed the process. I think I started with Lush Stories or Smashwords. I didn't find Lit until I had experienced some more fantasies, accompanied by the same sort of physical sensations, but both the fantasies and the sensations steadily decreased in intensity.

I was initially moved to publish my stories for three reasons, listed below, but I was delighted to discover a community in AH of smart, interesting people who loved to analyze stuff. AH has been the most gratifying group that I've ever gotten involved with. Thanks to all!

Reasons for participating in Literotica

The first was to memorialize my vivid, very pleasant fantasies, finding the most expressive language that I could.

The second is to find more stories that appeal to me. I'm looking for stories that feature a man who surrenders to something with dignity. The easiest thing to have my MCs surrender to are sexual pain and/or sexual humiliation. Lit being a sex site, that's what I look for. But the kind of surrender exhibited by Nathan Hale, my childhood hero, will do as well.

The third purpose is to find out where my sensibility fits in the world of erotica today. I was introduced to erotica in the late 60's. At that time The Story of O was being talked about in the mainstream media. I was very surprised to find that there are almost no stories like that in modern day erotica. I'm very curious about how people perceive those "classic French erotica" stories and my own stories. Negative feedback is as valued as positive.

I've told this story three or four times here in AH, and a few times elsewhere. I've never met anyone who had the kind of experience I describe. Let me know if it rings a bell.

Got bored with porn, bored with fetlife (fortunately not bored with married life; we don't have very much sex it's true but we are life besties so it's OK).

Just thought reading erotica would be fun (and I do sometimes) but then found the boards and it's a different kind of fun. I like the engagement here (even the dread fucking PB) and reading about others' sex journeys.

Forgive my ignorance, what are MCs?

Thank you for sharing btw!

Some years ago, 2012? possibly, I had a subscription to Penthouse Letters, and I began to feel I could do just as well. I then read the fine print in the magazine where if you submitted a letter and they posted it, Penthouse owned it. With a little research I found Literotica. At the time I had posted under the username MKvDeepSea. Left for a while and have returned.
