What are your plans to make Today a little bit better?

For those days when you want to do things to improve your day, what little things can you do?

Today I plan on organizing my house...Wow, just kidding.

I have organized two rooms already, three more to go. Sometimes getting rid of all the clutter helps get rid of clutter in the mind as well. Each time I organize, clean or get rid of things I feel like I'm lightening the load.

(BTW I might be in the wrong forum by now...lol)

Today is another room and hopefully a bit lighter.

Along with planning a special day for tomorrow when my husband gets home.

i have just destroyed all my employees weekend plans until September. Their wives will enjoy the larger paychecks, but by the end of next month, they will hate me.
 
Today is already shot; tomorrow is occupied. I guess Friday I can organize my closet, restring some instruments, and spray some anthills. Then a celebratory brunch on Saturday. Making days better becomes a long-term project. Better catch my breath.
 
Got 7 fresh strings on the ol' Ibanez Universe and a pitcher of margaritas. :cool:
 
I love this question.

I was so down today, I finally went outside and did a few sun salutations to cheer myself up. It helped.

Tomorrow I will do that favor for my friend I've been putting off. That'll feel good.
 
:) I did a favor for a friend the weekend before last and was surprised today with gift certificates redeemable at any Chamber of Commerce business in town. I'm excited fir a date night this weekend.

Today I worked on hopefully making life a little better for the folks in my state.

I did some meditating last night on sleeping and I know it sounds cheesy, but on forgiveness and resentment and that seemed to help.

I'm glad the salutations helped. I always think coffee is the solution...lol

I have a couple of volunteer projects to do, today.

And, I've authorized lunch for the crew working today. I'm looking forward to my Blackened Alaskan Cod burrito.

I'm glad you like this thread. I think its part of the whole package ya know, being in a good relationship means trying once in a while see what can be improved.

I'm putting on a meditation tonight about letting go, something like that. I find it very helpful.
 
Go walking
Don't procrastinate
Cook breakfast on our new stove!
Go to the movies
Play some music
Practice breathing (Very helpful)
Try meditating
(Sorry too long)
