What are your dreams for the future?

I want to know what you do for a living and what your dream job is. I would also like to know what you dream of doing with your life in the future. I want to see what kinds of people we have here. I have my dream job.

My goal for the future: to be happy.

I work in show business. This might be the dream job for many but I find it grueling and exhausting. As soon as I finish my book I'm going to chuck the job forever.

I am a stay-at-home mom. Eventually my children will be grown enough where they will not need me at home quite so much...My dream job would involve using my ability to write, to decorate, to work independently (be my own boss) One such thing I have been thinking is greeting cards...

What do I dream of doing with my future? I would like to be in a relationship, a stable, happy relationship...lots of sex and communication...one where we BOTH know instinctively that we can trust the other (and do). I would like for the people who are working with my eldest daughter to be able to find the way to helping her learn (to read, write, reason...). I would like to have a home in the country, away from prying eyes and ears...perhaps near a stream with a view. Lots of trees for the girls to climb (kids gotta have trees--helps 'em to stretch their wings so to speak).
When I die, I want it to be in my sleep. I also want to be cremated and my ashes buried in a hole to be used to plant an oak tree.

I am out of work but my last job was at a furniture store. It is one of the worst companies to work for but it taught me alot and in a few years I am going to write a book or two about the relationship between sales people and the customer. I want to do free lance graphic design and web design and in my spare time I design furniture and write. I love designing things. I am actually pretty good at it.

A word of advice: Do not work for United Furniture Warehouse. Ever.

My dreams have changed so much in the last year... One has stayed the same. I want a job that affords me the time and energy to write. I would love to own an alternative bookstore. I dream alot now of my future. A husband, a baby. I never wanted kids before. But now...*sigh* I have baby fever.

Had a job/career that the company sold out to the Chinese and Japs. (Boeing) Worked for ten years, got my pin on Monday, walked out on layoff by Friday.
Now looking for a creative job that pays enough to take care of shelter/food/sex. I'm going back into the WANG to supplement my income, and because I like to shoot automatic weapons and blow things up!
