There are café’s designed for ambience, comfort, full of character and that feed the soul.

Then there’s the one I’m in currently … clinical, cold, echoey, uncomfortable seats, sheets of glass with menus underneath covering the table tops.

Hopefully the food will be great, but even so, I won’t be here again.

That's why I break the norm and use ellipses. I know I over use them and many times use them incorrectly. But they are a pause...a breath taken...and it reflects talking in person.
