My lukewarm bath is somewhere on the plan for tonight!

I’ve got someone picking up gifts tomorrow, and I haven’t yet wrapped them (so unlike me). And I walked in with groceries that I just dumped on the bed as I hadn’t eaten all day and was famished!

Among other things that need doing.

This reminds me of our last storm, when I woke up thinking "cool, we didn't loose power" then I had a shower and it ran cold after 30 seconds, I'll admit I was all wrinkles and no inches after that.

My boiler is broken, so the heating won’t switch off, and the water won’t heat up! I could have got it fixed by now, but I’m being stubborn and trying to make the landlord fix it - as it is his responsibility!

I’ll probably regret my stubbornness if my nipples freeze and fall off, but for now I am standing my ground

I think trying to get him to take responsibility is a good thing!

Why didn’t you suggest that before?? The final present I’m waiting on is an engraved glass - and now you tell me I could have made it at home
