What Are You Listening to Now 7.0

E.L.O., Twilight. It's my fave song by them, quite possibly because of Daicon IV, but I won't swear to it... :p

I actually saw ELO live on the Twilight tour. It was incredible. We thought we had a unique experience as the concert was started with a small R2D2 like robot coming out to give the opening narrative. As it turned to leave the stage it clipped Richard Tandy's keyboard rack knocking it down. It took stage hands a song and a half to get it all back together.
Not so long ago I watched an interview with Jeff Lynne who gave a tour of his studio. He has the robot still. He mentioned that it regularly knocked stuff over exiting the stage.
So much for a unique experience.

Lol, that's a better ELO story to relate than mine. I am just an otaku, and because Daicon IV uses Twilight as its soundtrack, I got hooked in the early 80's.

Now to be fair, I appreciate ELO for their awesome sound, but I owe that to Daicon IV, if I'm honest.

"Power up!" by AC/DC.

Good, solid AC/DC rock. Pretty much the same as everything they've done over nearly fifty (!!!) years.

Will playing Chopin's 'Heroic Polonaise'. The boy's back, and he's doing good if he can play a bright piece like that.

San Diego - Blink 182

Listening to a favorite tune of mine while actually in San Diego for work
