I am going to the lake to watch the boats and jet skis. I am going in the morning, the damn place is going to be so busy with traffic, there won't be very many places to park. I wish I had a nice camera so I could take distance pictures of the boats.

What are your Labor Day plans?

I will be on a boat as I have been the last two days

Working, then a late dinner at my friend's resto, followed by further boozing, schmoozing and gamboling with other benevolently licentious libertines at various locales.

I'm so sorry. At least, you'll be making some money. :)

At the end of the month, I will, yes.

I promise to spend a percentage of it on something pink, just as a quixotic thank you for your sympathy. :)

Eat some good food for me, Zumi. :)

Mowing the lawn, watching the Big Go and maybe cook a sausage link or two on the grill.

I think I'll just hang around and watch Laurel ban people.

I'm gonna hang out with Q in the morning, then I gotta go to work, spreading sunshine and happiness in an otherwise drab and lifeless world.

I am planning on going to the State Fair with my friends, however, an electrician might be coming, so maybe not. I am assuming he forgot that Monday was a holiday.

I will call my landlord in the morning.

Morning!

Working, playing Warcraft, writing smut, doing chores.

Ulaven and I have work schedules in businesses that don't take off most holidays so we've gotten mostly used to rescheduling them if we really want to celebrate.

Seems I usually only really want to celebrate Thanksgiving and that's about it.

He has the day off so I have been promised waffles.

WAFFLES!

It's a normal day in the UK.

I'm going to have a six-monthly blood test; pay my monthly newspaper bill; my credit card bill (with irritation - the hotel wouldn't accept my other credit card because it was expiring); visit the charity bookshop and price the books they think are valuable; go to view my local auction; and perhaps mow the back lawn.

And post on Lit, of course.
