I would say that he is tolerated and/or disliked more than he is liked. But then I never said this was a scientifically accurate poll.

I count the votes FOR Puddles as votes AGAINST Scruffy humor.

These people would probably love to get rid of Scruffy, they just aren't violent enought to vote for the garbage truck option. If you had an option that said "he's okay, but I really don't care for him," that might be closer to the truth.

You still need to improve comprehension. "He's okay" seems to be a pretty descriptive way to say how they feel. It's slightly positive. I voted "He's okay" because he is. He's alright, not one of my faves but at times amusing. I'd bet most people who voted that way feel that way.

OK, I did my homework, and I now know who scruffy is. Why is he so noticeable? Being new myself I know 2 things: 1) I have no way of knowing if he's new.
2) To a new person, he is not noticeable. PPMan, Todd, Sparky,and Lavender are noticeable. Not all in the same way mind you, but this guy Scruffy, he's just doesn't seem to say much that sticks with me.
