That's right, according to my profile I am officially one Lit year old. It certainly doesn't feel like a whole year has passed to me. It all went by so quickly. Perhaps it's true what they say about time flying when you're having fun.
I can think of only one other experience that has affected me so profoundly, and that's band. Lit has changed me considerably since I started posting 12 months ago. I've met some truly incredible people, and made some tremendous friends. I've explored sides of myself I never knew I had. I've gotten back into writing, something I hadn't done since Jr. High, and never did to this extent. Looking back, I find that I'm a much happier person now.
Even more importantly, Lit led me to a wonderful, beautiful woman, whom I adore completely.
So, I guess I just wanted to say thanks to Lit and all it's denizens for making this year something truly special.
