I didn't understand a word. All I got was some sort of stuff-it and a bloke with an indecipherable accent playing with some sort of phone.
Is this supposed to be for Pelvic Floor muscle work ?

That's the impression I got too, HP. It must make for some hilarious party games and just imagine the possibilities for writers:

(At the restaurant) "Hon, why do you have that cable running from your phone running up your skirt?"

(On the tube) "Mommie? Why are those ladies so red in the face? I know they're only playing a video game cos I peeked."

Yep. Depending on how tight you're squeezing, the butterfly flies higher or lower. The game has coins on the screen at high and low positions, so in trying to catch all the coins you build muscle strength and control.
