same here, but the only nearby lakes are oversized ponds. i just want it to rain at some point. the dog days are less than a month away and it's barely rained since early may. this shit is getting ridiculous.

My little corner of the UK is warm, wet and windy.

Sitting inside looking out at stormy grey skies and trees dancing around in the blustery wind, it didn’t look very welcoming but I had to sweep up some grass cuttings from the paths – to save from keep walking them into the house – and discovered that it’s actually quite warm between the showers.
